The two options that I know of are meebo me widget and Google Talk chatback badge .
You can customize and get meebo me widget using the link given below.
This one is more stylish and customizable. But it take longer to load. Also you need to create a meebo ID and needs to login to that all time to chat to visitors.
A Google Talk chatback badge will let visitors to your web page chat with you. They’ll be able to chat with you whenever you’re signed in to Google
This one is more light weight. Not so stylish as meebo, but it loades faster. Also you just need to open gmail to start chating with your visitors.
